This page has been designed to aid you with questions you may have, We strive very hard to answer all emails which can reach around 800 per day during our busy season. Thus the reason for this page, sometimes we can not answer emails or questions as fast as you might need an answer. How
do I combine purchases from seperate auctions? Please
wait till all your auctions have ended & click pay now. ebay will combine
all of them into one payment. all you have to do is add s/ cost (shown below)
. you can either click pay with paypal or print and send with a check or mo.
please note all auction must have ended, ebay will not show them all if some
are still running
I
have emailed you several times and don't get a reply. The
internet is very unreliable at times due to viruses etc. Thus emails are not
always a full proof way of contacting anyone. PLEASE do not get upset, we
are not avoiding you, Nor trying to give you the run around, YOU are very
important to us & without you we would not be here selling..If you have
an important issue PLEASE call us Monday- Friday 6am - 3pm ... We are always
happy to help. (269) 445-2307 This is
our home also so PLEASE do not call on weekends
or late at night.
When
will I get my order ? As stated in our auctions
we ask to allow several weeks, meaning 2 weeks. If you have paid please allow
that time, If it has been longer please let us know so we can check on it
for you.
Can
I choose what type of fruit tree I want? Click the link

Paypal says your payment is unclaimed. We
have auto accept set up on our paypal account which means you have either
misspelled our email or not entered correct info as they require. Our correct
payment center addr is orders@locallink.net
I
do not know what paypal is or have it.. Paypal is an
online secure payment center for sending electronic payments via the internet.
It is linked to either your credit card or checking account to send payments.
Some people love it then there are others that do not, We simply accept it
due to more like that dislikes. If you do not wish to use it simply send payment

Can
I wait to pay for all my auctions at time?, I still have several pending at
this time. Yes please wait
and make one payment for all items together, DO NOT pay for each separate
if you want them shipped together and want to combine to save shipping cost.
The
auction has ended and I missed it, will you sell me this item still?
We always relist all auctions within a day or so, so please go to our store
at eBay and you should find it again. Very seldom do we not have an item after
an auction ends.
I
have mis bid or placed a bid on an item I really do not want. Per
eBay rules your bid is a binding contract so you will be obligated to pay
for items you have bid on, If the auction has not ended you can retract your
bid though. We are required to file a non paying bidder form with eBay to
get a refund for your un paid order which does count towards you and can leed
to being suspended from eBay.
Will
you leave me feedback? Of course we will return good
feedback, we are a very small 3 person operation so it does take us a while,
but if you email us the request we would be happy to do it right away. We
do NOT leave feedback until it is left for us due to some persons misuse of
the feedback forum, which we do return neg feedback if it is left for us,
as we will work VERY hard to make things right if you are for some reason
unhappy.
I
have received my order and it looks dead. As stated
in most of our auctions allot of items are shipped dormant which means they
are kept in a controlled environment greenhouse to keep them from flushing
out and growing to large, which would make it hard to ship. so plants may
arrive with no leaves, yellow or brown leaves. This is normal and they are
not dead. We check every single plant prior to shipping for viability by scratch
test, which you can also do.... simply scratch the bark with your finger nail,
if green inside it is just being slow. If by chance it is brown please contact
us we are always happy to help.
I
did not get planting instructions or how do I plant this? We
do send a basic care & planting sheet with every order, sometimes if you
dont find one check in the very bottom of the box, they do get jammed in the
bottom sometimes :(, If by chance you are unable to find it we do have more

What
zone am I in? or will this plant do well for me? Most
of our plants are hardy for most of the united states with the exception of
tropical varieties. If you are unsure of your zone please see the map below...
as all plants are a live perishable item we do suggest you mulch plants for
the winter cold and summer heat.
What warranty do you offer? As stated on all auctions,
we guarantee healthy arrival, If anything arrives less than good we will replace
for 100% free. We also warranty for 30 days full replacement of which s/h
of 5.50 will need to be paid by the buyer. We also warranty for 6 months of
which buyer only pays 1/2 price for the entire amount lost. Most nurseries
only warrant live plants for safe arrival.
Refunds
& Exchanges...We offer refunds for 10 days only
from the time of delivery on returned items only. .Less s/h cost which are
not refundable..after that it is replacement only..We only offer exchanges
on returned items ONLY, we will not consider any replacements for them if
not returned as proof of loss. We do not refund ANY s/h cost ..If an item
is un available we will contact you about a equal substitute.
Can you send me a total for my order? or send me a paypal invoice? We
are sorry but we ask in order to keep your cost low that you ad your order
up, simply add the cost of the plants & add s/h of $6.50 for the first
5 plants then 50 cents for each addtl over that. you can send money via paypal,
pers. check or Money order, Im sorry we DO NOT accept credit cards over the
phone as we are not set up here for that. It is VERY
important that when you make payment you
list all items names with qty of each on your payment so that we know what
you are paying for, Item numbers are NOT needed.
Will
you hold my order? Yes of course we will hold any paid
order for as long as you wish, just indicate on payment the ship date you
would like it to be sent, we do not charge any extra for this either
Can
I add to my order or buy from your website? sure, you
can ad as many items as you would like.
I
would like my order sent to someone else for a gift. We
think it is great that you would want to send a live gift to someone and sure
will be happy to do so, just indicate on payment it is a gift and should be
sent to there addr indicated by you also on payment. we will be happy to not
include your paper work and will include a FREE gift card with your name on
it.
My
child is interested in plants but I am unsure what to get them? I
started planting when I was 13 and thus the reason I am still doing this,
It is very good for young people to get involved with live growing plants,
it teaches so much for so little. I will even send them a FREE plant to get
them going if you pay s/h for it.
I live near by or will be in your area soon, can I stop by & pick up
my order? We wish we had the time but due to being so
small can not allow pick up orders unless you have a large un shippable order.
We do allow guest by appointment only if you want the grand tour :) as I love
to show my work off..
Do
you sell wholesale or give discounts for larger purchases? Yes
we sure do, all plants have a discount price if you purchase 100 or more of
the same plants.
My
dog ate my plant, what do I do? Yes I am asked this
from time to time. & Since my dog says so I will replace for free if you
pay s/h for it :)
